DVD2SVCD AviSynth problem

Hello all i've just gone back to using DVD2SVCD to convert my avi's to dvd and have a problem that i also use staxrip and DVD Rebuilder which use the latest version of AviSynth so they over write the old version DVD2SVCD needs so is there a way round this problem as i get an error when DVD2SVCD starts

Which version of AviSynth is installed right now?
What is the error message you get when DVD2SVCD starts?

DVD2SVCD comes with AviSynth 2.56. I have used it with version 2.57 for quite some time now without any problems. The latest version of AviSynth is 2.58 Alpha, and it is probably not a good idea to use this Alpha version for production tasks yet.

Same here, been using avisynth 2.57 for some time now with Rebuilder and DVD2SVCD working both fine, as always. As maolito has asked, what version are you using and what is the actual D2S error?
