can't backup with shrink

I am using shrink 3.2 and Nero 7. Shrink will not backup any thing encrypted or not. I have been using shrink for a long time and everything was fine. During encoding my computer crashes. Can anyone help me.

Check your operating temperatures and blow out the inevitable dust in your PC.

You can check your temps by using this program: SpeedFan (http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php). Note the before and after temp.

It might also be a memory issue. Try running tests with Memtest86 (a self booting DOS program) or Prime95 in windows.
