I'm trying to get screencaps from a film through PowerDVD 7.3 on Windows Vista. My video card is a 8800GTS. Latest program and driver updates are installed. This is what I get. (Look at the outline of the actress' skirt and the actor's leg.)
HW acceleration off, no deinterlacing:

HW acceleration off, pixel adaptive deinterlacing:

HW acceleration on, hardware deinterlacing (option 2 in PowerDVD):

When I play the file in DGIndex, Windows Media Player or Zoom Player, it looks ok. And in PowerDVD too, unless I disable hardware acceleration. I need to get the caps in this particular way for a DVD quality comparison. :(
Here's the clip I took the screenshots from:

Is there anything I could do?
