TIVTC.dll error [Archive]

I'm sure I have all the plugins that it is talking about which is TVITC.dll and Yes, I do have it in my plugins folders, but It is just this damn error :

This might be in the wrong forum.
But whats your avisynth script your using to encode it?

And make sure you have TIVTC in your avisynth/pluings directory or your loading it using loadplugin()
