Wasn't sure where to post this, since the problem is with the program, not the media.
Mpeg2schnitt 087 has generally worked fine for me. The last time I used it was a few months ago, but now the video seems to be playing too fast in the Edit window (not synced with audio). The AV might actually be synced after the cuts are made, but at this step in the process, it's not the point. I need to hear the audio to make accurate edit points. I reloaded it, redownloaded it, went thru the settings, etc, but no dice. Could this be caused by a recent Windows Update (or Browser or AntiSpyware update)? Or some other program I downloaded?
I realize there are alternatives (Mpeg2cut2, etc) but I'm trying to figure this out. On a tangent, I recall trying Mpeg2cut2 a long time ago, and either the results were out of sync, or it couldn't handle 4+ gigs.
