R4R and HDD Files Question

I'm using R4R to do all my ripping, etc., but in one case, I have the VOB files already on my computer, so I used the "Scan Folder" option to load the VOB from my HDD, but for whatever reason, the "Start" button is faded out and gray. Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong? Thank you.

may I ask how the VOB got on your HardDrive...
(ie wich ripper was used to get it there)

Yeah, if you already have the files on your computer why do you need a ripper?

What is exactly your problem?

Try re-ripping from the original DVD.
