[QUESTION] How to add subs to HD-DVD?

As the topic says, i want to know how to add subs to a HD-DVD.
Can someone supply me a tut or tell me how to do it.
I tried searchin google but couldnt find anything.

Hi!

What are your source subtitles and what is the program u want to use for authoring.

I´ve recently managed to author my first HD-DVD with 1080p h264 video plus 2 AC3 sound tracks and 2 subs with Scenarist SCA.

For the Subs basically:
- existing SRT files
- SubRip -> SSA
- MaestroSBT -> SST
- SST file modified with text editor some things
- Import in Scenarist -> OK

I don't know the source of the HD-DVD. It's Heroes Season 1 disc 1.
The subs are srt.
