MAC software for transcode to DV

Hi,
I'd like to ask of there's some software (commercia or free) for converting a generic video file (mpg, mp4, avi...) to a DV format.

Any half-way good video editing software should do the trick. You can use VirtualDub, if you like, in conjunction with the free Cedocida codec (or your preferred DV codec, of course).

I tried VirtualDub but it doesn't read all the format as input, is there another solution for converting different input formats to DV, even for Windows?
