Nero Digital "Fracture Movie"

I am using the latest Nero Recode suite. Tried to encode movie "Fracture" and for the first 5 minutes I got choppy video... looks like it is dropping 1 frame or so. Audio seems to be working fine. Encoded others without any issues. I have applied and tried removing the "Stutter Fix" and also the "Loud LFE Tone Fix" Any ideas? Just seems to be this one so far.

Its a bug in Nero, with at least version 2.5.6.0 (lfefix). My dad got a HTPC over the weekend and i had spent last week ripping in DVD's and converting them using recode. From the 50 or so i encoded, about 8 show the problem from what i can see.

However the problem can happen and then clear itself up and on most encodes it doesnt appear to happen until later on in the movie, so perhaps i havent spotted them all.

The problem is like having half frame rate (although the sound is perfect). It always happens at the same scenes as well and then continues from this point most of the time. Ive tried encoding in Nero Digital ASP and AVC and the problem is the same, ive tried changing bitrate options and havent been succesfull in removing it.

If i encode the same movie using staxrip then the problem doesnt happen.
