My brother encoded some movies fully up to iPod spec, baseline and everything, except he forgot the commandline --level 1.3.
I need a quick way to "fake" the header or stream info into claiming it's really level 1.3 compatible without having to re-encode (he used very slow settings and its a pain to encode them again).
I'm a newb when it comes to "faking" stream data, so any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
