hi I asked somebody if it's any possibility to remove a logo from a video and that person pointed me to an avisynth filter called delogo.Problem is I'm confused about it..Can someone add a guide or tell me step by step what I have to do pls?...
Also I have some credits that I'd like to remove they show exactly in the middle of video playback till end can delogo help me for this too?
And one last question would be do I have to encode the video after I use the delogo script?I wish to leave the video untouched if possible
Much thx if you can help

Hi-
And one last question would be do I have to encode the video after I use the delogo script?
Of course you'll have to reencode, and you can bet it's going to "touch" the video underneath. The Delogo filter is a VDub filter, although it can be used within AviSynth. It comes with a very good guide already, but if that isn't enough, here's another guide:

And for the sake of completeness, here's Didée's (German language) guide to doing a better job with it using it in AviSynth:

Why kind of DVD or TV program shows credits from the middle towards the end of the file? Is this an encode done by somebody else?

no...it's not encoded. The DVD has as last chapter a music video and the credits come annoying exactly in the middle of the video till the end.
I wish I would had kept it as .vob because I don't like encoding, I preffer keeping all uncopressed :p
