Welcome to the forum!
It is always dangerous to blank a menu with buttons, unless you are sure that the cell is never accessed.
You can probably disable the menu button that leads to the blanked menu with PgcEdit:
- Select the menu to edit in the left pane. (Use the preview to locate it.)
- Click on the green "menu" icon in the toolbar.
- If necessary, select the cell to edit with the dropdown list at the top of the menu viewer.
- Click the "Edit" button.
- Select the button to disable with the slider at the top of the editor window.
- Use the menu Hide Button -> Jump to non-deleted button.
- Save
Be sure to edit all menu cells with buttons leading to the removed menu. There are often similar cells in the same menu.

Thanx for the prompt responce,
I'll give PgcEdit a try then.
Also is it always best after using VobBlanker to process the full dvd through fixvts befor rencodein with dvdrebuild as ive been getting buffer overflow errors??

You should not need to re-process the DVD with FixVTS, and I doubt that FixVTS can avoid buffer overflows. But I don't use DVD Rebuilder much, so I'm not an expert.

VobBlanker (http://jsoto.posunplugged.com/vobblanker.htm) should not yield any worse a source than FixVTS.
If you have buffer overflow errors, you may have an issue with your rip.
