It's a weird raw, progressive 29.970 fps.
After reading some posts, I guess it's not possible to remove the blend artefact, but is it possible to remove the missing lines?
Do you think it's really interlaced artefacts?

I tried Telecide or TFM but not good result

Sure it's possible to fix these artifacts - buy the DVD. :rolleyes:

What you have here is interlaced (or rather telecined) material that some dumb@$$ resized progressively, thus blending lines from one field into the other and vice versa. That's beyond repair.
