my xsvcds aren't coming out as xsvcds

I keep trying to make xsvcds by editing the AVIsynth script, changing the width from 480 to 720, but it still comes out like a normal svcd. What am I doing wrong here?

maybe switch the 480,720 to like 720,480 this is a guess but hey what the hell right?:)
