I am a newby at encoding Mpeg and have been reading all the post related to encoding in this forum. However I need to know if there is a program out there that can convert matrices from one format to the next in order that different programs can use it? Example Matrix used by HCEncoder can be used by QuEnc,Xvid etc. :confused:
