Which Utility will help me find out if my Processor is working 64Bits after loading WinXP x64.

Um, unless I'm missing something in your question, the mere fact that WinXP (x64) loads at all is enough to know that your processor is operating in 64-bit mode. :p
Maybe you should rephrase your question. <shrug>

if you installed windows xp x64 and its running, then your computer is "working 64 bits"

If you mean: How can I tell if a program is 64-bit or 32-bit then you should be able to tell by looking at its entry in Task Manager. XP x64 runs both 64-bit and 32-bit code natively.
