I just found this tool on SF (http://sourceforge.net/projects/h264-se/)...Could be usefull for some people I guess. :)

H.264 StreamEditor 1.0 (H.264SE) is an application designed for end users interested in editing H.264 bitstream for their specific usage. This tool provides user-friendlier editing environment than usual stream editors.
The application allows the user to edit the configuration parameters of a H.264 bitstream video file and thus analyze the parameters related to H.264 video compression. H.264 Stream Editor takes .264 bitstream video files as input and displays its configuration parameters. Configuration parameters can be edited and with these new parameters the input file can be re-encoded. H.264 Stream Editor uses JM 12.2 Codec +1 to Encode/Decode .264 video files.

User Interface:
H.264 Stream Editor has a graphical user interface, which is organized into six broad parts:
File Browser Window, which allows you to select *.264 video file from the removable and non-removable storage.
Collections Window, where selected files can be organized in a Collection list for further processing. Operations related to Collection are New Collection, Delete Collection, Rename Collection, Add to Playlist, Display Configuration information and View Encoder settings.
Playlist Window, where selected files can be organized in a Play list. Operations related to Playlist are New Playlist, Delete Playlist, Rename Playlist, Play and Play All.
Main Window, where all the parameters of the selected *.264 video file is displayed and can be edited.
Encoder Settings Window, where user can configure the settings for encoding a video file like selecting the cfg file, target file, arrange files in encoder queue and it initiates encoding.
Parameter Info Window, displays the description and valid values for the selected parameter.
The positions and sizes of the window can be changed by dragging and re-sizing them, as well as by using the toggle on/off command button above the Main Window or from the View menu.
