Best Quality Specs for Conv DVD2Mpeg

Hi All,
I want to convert some Rental DVD Movies (PAL) to MPEG format (SVCD), using TMPGenc.
Does anyone have any PAL Templates which give the Maximum Picture quality and sound specs for SVCD format so I can burn them to any number if 80 Min CD's?


Note: The movies need to work on a stand alone DVD Player also.




Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

somone pointed this out to me the other day... Goto VCDHELP.com and goto the links page and look for millenium bug's link. He's got a good guide for doing good quality encodes and making 90+ minute videos fit onto a 80m CD in SVCD format. pretty cool.
