The 14496 SL layer carries the CTS and the OCR , this layer is encapsulated in the PES Layer which contains the PTS and PCR.
I think there is a redundancy of information as PTS and CTS convey same meaning. In case both the value appears which one to use, T-DMB standard TS 102 428 does not say anything to resolve this conflict. Any pointers to this issue will be appreciated.
