hi guys,
I don't know if this program posts here, but my favorite CD disk was damaged with some spots on the surface so that I can't play it. Anyone could tell me a good way to recover my CD. Any help would be much appreciated.

Try ISOPuzzle. Of course, try cleaning the disk first.

It depends on if its simply a large scratch or not. If its a scratch, get a filler to smooth it out. A good filler would be wax based, such as car wax. After you shined it up, get a rip of it and burn it to something new.
If its damaged - well, not much you can do about that except use software to try and ignore the problems - the only problem with this is, you'll have gaps in the music.

maybe you could trot down to a video hire shop (larger one) with your CD and ask them to resurface your disk. Last time I used this service it cost me around 4 bucks but the disc came back good as new.

u can use things on the disc to semi restore them
like a special wax that fills in the scratches that helps the laser read better
