Fastest way to receive mpeg2 multiplexed video

Sometimes there's no time to do full DVD-autoring, just wanna encode video to mpeg2, and then burn it to DVD-RW to see it on standalone. It supports mpg files.

What is the fastest mpeg2 encoder that can produce multiplexed mpeg2 video (mpg video + audio in one file) from AVI, MP4, WMV.

The quality doesn't matter at all!!!

I know that Avisinth+CCE is really fast and hi-quality, but the result is mpv+wav, and I don't know how to multiplex them fast together to mpg.

You can use AVStoDVD choosing "Standard Quality" (QuEnc as encoder) and "Muxed MPEG2 Stream" output. See link at the bottom.

TMPGenc has 'mpeg tools' to mux and demux.
imagompeg-muxer is another app.

you could/should also encode audio to dolby.
use aften with a gui,
like encWAVtoAC3.
