How to cut flv video clip without reencoding? The quality is already very bad, so reencoding will ruin it completely.

Use FLVExtract to convert it to avi and then cut it with VirtualDub.

I can open it in Virtualdub via Avisynth (directshowsource)
But how to cut it without reencoding?

Change container to AVI or MKV,
FLV Extract > VirtualDubMod or AVI-Mux GUI or MKVToolnix,
and edit video in VDM,
save with Direct stream copy,
required ffdshow VfW (for FLV1 and VP6F).
Use Avidemux, cut and save to AVI (copy for audio and wideo).
AVI with FLV1 or VP6F can play with ffdshow (MPlayer and VLC of course too).
And maybe try FFmpeg or MEncoder (look at docs) - copy for audio and video, cut and save to FLV. (I'm can't check this now...)
Or try MediaCoder (GUI for FFmpeg, MEncoder, ...).
