CCE SP v2.70 encoding error - read bytes error

Hi,

Sometimes when I want to encode an avi file with CCE SP I get the following error:

Followed by this message when I press OK:

The problem is I don't know what is causing it, sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't. Does anyone know what I can do about it?

The second error is due to a missing .vaf file. vaf(video information files) are created in the first pass of a multi pass VBR encode.

Both errors are from a bad or the wrong .vaf file

That's strange because I didn't even make a .vaf file. I always set it to "make new".
