Random Playlist Including Bookmarks in Videos

Hi,

I would like to create a random play list of videos. I have single music videos and longer videos of concerts for instance (AVI, MPEG). Is there a player or a tool that I could use to set bookmarks throughout the concert videos and have the player treat them as independent play list entries while playing back the list?
