thanks.

few questions. should i keep "keep ITU-R BT.601-4" checked?
and is there anything else i should change from default if i'm going to be converting video files to NTSC DVD?

the standard is to keep it checked

you should use see on your image is itu must be checked or not and if is needed other options (usually not :) )
