Whats the real diference between this two commands?

Lanczos ir newer than the Bicubic resize. Or not?

Any quality diference? Or is just the same thing?

Any speed diference? Or is just the same thing too?

I see that a lot of people uses Bicubic... but others recomends to use Lanczos.

They are different methods of resizing. Lanczos is a bit sharper and makes bit less compressible videos than default Bicubic. There is no real speed difference.
I use Spline16Resize()
I think it will be best to try this one too, compare them all, and choose your preffered one.
Also I think you posted your question in a wrong section of this forum.
