Rip scratched DVD

Hi folk!
I owner DVD R2, R5 Cinderella Walt Disney Pictures.
Now this DVD has some scratches. This play fine on Pioneer DV-585A and Panasonic DMR-ES35V, but bad play on old Pioneer DV-343 and even totally freezes in 3 places. I try use for backup DVD Shrink 3.2 , DVD Decrypter 3.5.4.0 and DVDFab Decrypter and get CRC error at same place. Please advice way how can rip scratched DVD.

Get as far as you can with isopuzzle (assuming that it doesn't succeed) then either get a device to try and polish out the scratches (Disc Doctor?), or my old favourite of using toothpaste and the tip of my finger. After that reuse isopuzzle to try and fill the gaps.

If you have the option, try it on as many PC's as you can, I had a scratched up disc, and 3 pc's wouldnt rip it, but the 4th, and it copied no problem. (with dvd decrypter)
As yours does play on some standalone players then i bet you will find the same.
Not everyone has access to many pcs though.

you could always get some pva glue water it down and rub it on the disc - leave it to dry then buff up the disc, or get some washing up liquid - again water it down, give it a good wipe over with a cloth and then buff up with dry cloth

Rubbing compound/swirl remover for use on a car works really well too. I've brought several disks back to life with it.

I run Isopuzzle and try almost 17 hours for rip. Now I have large ISO file 7.2GB. I try mount this file using Nero Imagedrive and after use DVD Shring and get junky video. I also try see MPC for playing VOB files with same result. What I need make with ISO file, burn to DVD or I can make some think with image?
I can ripped by DFDFab Decrypter using read options:
Ignore all reading error automaticaly
Retry times 10
skip sectors after reading error 0
Enable read-ahead cache

Window cleaner and a soft cloth :)

Photographic 'wetting solution' or dishwasher rinse agent have helped me with CDs before. Wash the disk, apply the rinse agent and blot (don't rub) off the excess. Leaves the surface shiny long enough to copy it.

Little missunderstanding DFDFab Decrypter made this work after only 45 minutes. That I need make with ISO or this problem conjugate with copy protection DVD?

Is the Disc Dr. (mechanical polisher) available in Russia? I've had great success restoring scratched disks with it.

That's the one I use. It comes with instructions for polishing the disc by hand to remove the visual marks, but it's completely unnecessary for the functionality of the process.
