I captured TV video 720x576 (4:3) PAR: 16:15 (1,067)
I opened it with VirtualdubMod and encoded in AVI (XVID, MP3) The one and only video filter I used was 2:1 reduction with crop. So I received 336x276 AVI (XVID, MP3) PAR 1:1
I didn't use deinterlace and resize, cause it makes the quality of video worse then 2:1 reduction.
How can I change Pixel Aspect Ratio of AVI to 16:15 (1,067)?
The PAR information stored in AVI header or I must reencode the video?
