HCenc, Shrink or ImgBurn Build

Question, I just captured a movie from my sat. rec and I converted it to DVD files (VIDEO_TS.IFO VIDEO_TS, AUDIO_TS) I can open this with DVD Shrink and DVD-RB using HCenc. My question is since the movie is only 4.2GB there will be no compression so am I better using:

1. DVD Shrink and its built in matrix.
2. DVD-RB andHCenc so I can select the matrix I want to use.
3. Just build with ImgBurn and burn the ISO

Remember there is no compression neede to fit a DVD5

If it is already in a complaint dvd format and will fit onto a DVD5, why mess with it?
