New user problem

As a newcomer to AGK, I need a bit of help.
When starting up a task of compression the process starts and the log goes through its logging. But then I get an error message "avisynth open failure" and "resize - width must be bigger than or equal to 8."
This is very confusing. Can you suggest what I am doing wrong? I searched the FAQ's bu couldn't find a reference.

This indicates a problem or incompatibility with your source file. Open it with GSpot (available from the main www.doom9.org downloads page) and post a screenshot. Rather than attach it, you might want to host the image with something like www.imageshack.us, which is free, and will bypass the wait for approval of your attached screenshot.

Hi,

Source being an 2mn 40s Avi, you might want to try a 75/80% one pass xvid encode with AGK. If ok, note the final size and try a 2 pass encode with that size...

It may be that 2CD is just too much for a so short clip, or AGK has some problems with that particular kind of source or whatever ...
