If i would the possibility to interact with one species of interface to 2 push-buttons:

<BACK|
e
|NEXT>

, i can have it?

This would allow, during the streaming, of to pass with precision from 1 short film to the other without it obligation to see linearly all or to try sliding to case the advance bar, the interest parts.

I have rendered the idea?

What I would want is the possibility to click a something approval on the TV in order to jump to a determined one frame.

An interactive species of TV could be the target!

I was thinking to an interface like:
- the VirtualDub
- the push-buttons that appear to the end of the video of YouTube in order to make the replay, etc...

1 frameserver like AVISynth this things can make them?!

No. AviSynth is just a frameserver.
