remove protection ?

please i copied dvd 9 to my hard disk and i found that all files have protection and didn't work normaly .

i need to remove the protection from files and shrink them to put on dvd 4.5 , how i can do this while the files on hard disk and all programs i have to remove and shrink dvd need the cd not hard disk files ?

please help me cos i haven't the cd's .....
