Wanted to let folks know Zambelli's released a new version of hisWMV9 PowerToy utility, with some simplified options. This could be the last release until we start seeing products using the new SDKs, and hence not needing registry keys anymore!

I’ve also had a couple more entries in my series about how to use these settings for particular scenarios. I’ve got three of them up now:

10 Mbps 1080p: http://on10.net/Blogs/benwagg/elephants-dream-sample/
2 Mbps 720p: http://on10.net/Blogs/benwagg/elephants-dream-720p--2-mbps/
500 Kbps for the Zune: http://on10.net/Blogs/benwagg/encoding-for-the-zune/

Feel free to recommend additional tutorials/demos y’all would like to see.

The blog has a RSS feed for those into that kind of thing.

Is there a guide on how to create VC-1 in transport stream container? What tool do you use for that?
