I just realized that some of the D2V files being generated by MeGUI had the "force film" option turned on (I noticed that the framerate was wrong).
DGIndex remembers the last value that was used in its GUI (it stores it in its INI file). MeGUI doesn't use the command-line option to force DGIndex to use the "honor flags" setting ("-FO=0"), so the D2V file will be generated with whatever the last value was that you used in DGIndex's GUI.
Maybe MeGUI should be changed to always use the "-FO" option?
