Since the ASF container (WVC-1 + WMA 10 Pro) doesn't allow an audio delay value to be applied to the audio track, I need to insert a delay before producing the WMA 10 Pro stream. I encode from a 6 channel WAV that is split into 6 mono WAVs. I can easily add the delay to the 6 mono WAVs but thats tedious. What tools do people like that would be able to add the delay once to all 6 channels of the big 6 channel WAV file?

Audacity (click me) (http://audacity.sourceforge.net).
Open one channel, then import the rest, then add the delay you so desire. :)

Furthermore audio editors you can use other tools like BeLight-BeSweet, or AviSynth methods (BeHappy/BePipe/Wavi/SoundOut), or DelayCut, or WaveWizard ...
At least WaveWizard and AviSynth methods can work also with multichannel wav files greater than 4 GB.

Ah. I had been opening them one at a time in Audacity and generating X seconds of silence at the beginning. You are saying you can do it all at once? Sweet. Ill have to give that a shot.
