has anyone been able to decode DTS HD Lossless 5.1? I have a HDDVD with DTS-HD and i'd like to transcode it to DD5.1 640kbit, as the only DD track is 384kbit, which is lower than i'd like for my backup. any suggestions, or am i SOL?

No. you cant decode DTS HD Master Audio at the Moment.
Nero/Sonic/Cyberlink ,they all decode only the core
So you can only extract the encoded dts core and use it for encoding ot whatever
Tranzcode can directly decode the dtshd(core only) to 32bit wave
When youre a rich Man ,take a look at the Pro DTS HD Programms here
