Greetings all. I downloaded a bunch of James Bond movies that have commentary tracks as well as the regular movie track. I want to be able to switch between them because the default is the one with the commentary. I am using Windows Media Player 11 and FFDShow Rev 1359 2007-07-13. I cannot find any options to change audio tracks.

I know there are two audio tracks because I downloaded VLC Player and that allowed me to switch. I also tried the official Divx codec which also allowed me to switch.

Please do not suggest that I use another media player. I already know that works, I want a solution with WMP. I am willing to switch codec packs if that will help, but the official Divx codec is horrendous and I refuse to use it.

Thanks for the help.

Three solutions:
1) Use an AVI splitter that contains a stream switcher. For example Haali Media Splitter
2) Use a player with an internal stream switcher. For example Media Player Classic.
3) Use a special DirectShow filter that handles the stream switching. For example Morgan Stream Switcher.

I would recommend #2.

Have a look at our rules, particularly #6. Make note of this clarification announcement (http://forum.doom9.org/announcement.php?f=6) if there's still questions.
