some movies i have ac3 BitRate 448 - they are ok. But Cyberlink audio decoder does not play movies with ac3 BitRate620. Why? It just does not start. I do not wish to use other audio codec...

DVd-video does allow ac-3 5.1 bitrates up to 448 kbps.
