ac3 620kbs to 448kbs

I have 620kbs ac3 file. I need to downmix it to 448kbs. How?

You can use belight to recompess or downmix it. Just load the file and go to the AC3 tab. Choose advanced settings -> output to stereo (or dolby) if you want that.
