Burned Subtitle removal, kicked awake again.

Sorry to bring up an old idea, but this has been really bothering me.

Okay, so I know that there are logo removal filters. Some of the best of which are on this very forum. Specifically the Delogo Avisynth version, like this one here. (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=980658#post980658)

And I also know that subrip has the option of saving recognized subs to bmp files. Now would it be possible to force a logo removal filter to except a series of images as a logo to be removed? What if we saved it was one big .gif file?

Anyone have any ideas/input? I really don't want to give this up, as I know that it is possible.

I have done something similiar with Trigun's ED - which has hardsubbed logo in it, I didn't like the results... BUT, to my defence, the subs weren't "static" - the video was shaky and so on... Plus I was new to it...

thanks for the reply. Yeah, I did look at that filter but, as it says, it is still in development. I hope that I can get the whole situation to work with the new program I just found above. I will have to conduct some tests but I am on the wrong computer right now.

Still working on it though.
