No Stat File

For whatever reason, when I try to encode, Gordian Knot tells me that it can't find the (Nandub) stats file. What does this mean? Thanks.

Basically, I have no clue what happened, but instead of messing around with it for hours, I just reformatted and reinstalled everything and now it works fine. I have no clue.
