How Do I remove some cells?

What tool do i need to remove some cells? Not the entire pgc or blanking it, but to remove cells.

For example:
where this represents vobid/cellid
1/1
1/2
1/3
1/4

i want to remove 1/1 1/2 and keep 3 and 4. and obviously renumber 3 and 4 to 1 and respectively.


Also, how do i do it?

Use PgcEdit (http://www.videohelp.com/~r0lZ/pgcedit/index.html). Double click the title and then click remove cells. Reclaim space later with either VobBlanker or FixVTS.
