Splitting WMV VC1 files? What tool?

Hi there, I've done a backup of one of my HD-DVDs but the resulting file is too large to fit on one DVD9, but will fit on 2 x DVD5.

Is there a tool out there that can easily cut the file in half, or just remove the end credits.

I really don't fancy encoding it again, given that it took nigh on 3 days to finish.
