When a was looking for the Philips SVCD Toolkit a found on a site of them a MULTI CHANNEL encoder :cool: that runs in Windows/Dos mode. But i have not tested the encoder yet, because i'm a little to busy with capturing (from TV) right now and homework:mad:. And because they were talking about it in this thread http://rilanparty.com/vbb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1782 i thought someone would be interested!

And at the bottom you can download "MPEG Audio Tools". In those zips there's a file called pub_enc.exe. :rolleyes:
