So all I need to know is, If you rip a DVD with DVD Decrypter in IFO mode is it possible to burn the files to a DVD? Better yet what are the normal files after decrypting in IFO mode?

Depends on whether you demux or not. If you do, you get .m2v, .ac3, .dts, .lpcm, .sub, etc depending on the selected tracks. If not, just vob. That's in addition to all the IFOs, chapters, BUPs (no idea what those are, don't care) that make up the disc.

If you intend to burn, don't demux anything (check the stream processing tab). I believe it'll work as-is if you select only certain chapters, but it might need to be reauthored to fix things like chapters. I haven't tried burning the raw output of the rip.

would be easier to use Ripit4me.
that would use dvd decrypter, fixvts and then shrink from which
you can burn a copy.

Obviously, foxyshadis wasn't aware of the other posts.
