TSREMUX and multichannel LPCM audio rip

I have used TSREMUX to RIP an elementary multichannel LPCM audio stream. However I'm not able to use this file in Scenarist Blu-ray or HD-DVD. Also Soundforge 9 is not able to make a decent 5.1 file from it.

Does anybody has any suggestions?
