I have a problem and I'm not sure whether it's a Lagarith problem or a DivX problem - or some other kind of problem.
I've got a file that's currently DivX 5 and I need to do some de-interlacing and expend the picture frame etc - just general stuff.
To preserve as much quality as I can I converted the DivX 5 file into a Lagarith file with VirtualDub and the MP3 to PCM audio.
Okay so when I had that Lagarith file I ran it through VirtualDub again and applied the necessary filters and resized converting to DivX 6 and sound back to MP3.
However the new DivX 6 file literally had 1 video frame with full sound - essentially sound only with no video.
When I tried to convert just the Lagarith file on it's own by dragging it onto the DivX 6 converter it just through up an error message and said it wasn't doable.
Now my question is - is their a well known conflict beetween Lagarith and DivX 6 I'm not aware of or is this actually a simple problem to resolve?
