I convert my HD DVDs to WVC-1 for streaming to the 360. I have one where the audio needs about a 3000ms delay setting (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory) but I am not aware of any tool that can add a delay either in the wma/wmv muxing process or directly to the beginning of a wma file before muxing. The audio goes from Dolby Digital+ off the disc > 5.1 channel wav with eac3to > 6 mono waves with tanzcode > 5.1 channel WMA 10 Pro with Windows Media Encoder 9. Does anyone know of some point in those steps to add silence to the beginning of the file? Obviously it would be best to add a delay value while muxing but there does not seemt to be such a feature in Windows Media Stream Editor (I cant see why not).
