I've noticed all of the sample files on the On2 site appear to be in a "tc8" container, although upon renaming them to .avi, they seem to work.
I was wondering what I'd need to do in order to produce a "spec-compliant" .tc8 file playable with other On2 products such as, say, the On2 TrueMobile Video System for my Pocket PC.
TC8 Requirements:
Video must be: VP7 (duh), others?
Audio must be: ???
Any res., fps, size, etc requirements?
