PicardQT (audio streams only), AudioShell, mp3tag, iTunes, winamp if you like interfaces. Otherwise if you prefer command lines tools: mp4tags from mpeg4ip tools, MP4Box from GPAC framework, AtomicParsley, NeroAacTag from the free Nero Digital package...
